"Everything was mouth-wateringly, delicious. The dragon fruit-mango cheese cake was spectacular and the fermented cheeses were Divine. We loved how simple the instructions were (except for molded cheese, which I understand this is a complicated topic and was well explained in details) and how sophisticated and tasty the dishes present.
