At our raw & cooked vegan Café & Academy in Ubud, in Bali, called Sayuri Healing Food, we offer many trainings & short courses. Our Academy & Café is a community for people to share, a safe space to be their authentic self, I’d like to invite you to be a part of this community online and hope to meet you in person sometime in the future, and for you to meet other like-minded people throughout this course.
I truly believe learning a healthy lifestyle & healthy eating, and activating your creativity have so much potential to serve as self-empowerment, to re-confirm how amazing you are, to shine your gift of who you truly are, to find the tool to be the best version of who you are. This is the main reason why we want to share this amazing tool! And, of course, simply want to share the joy of cooking and un-cooking. It brought me deep healing by preparing food for others and I want to share this magic with you!
If you want to eat healthier, take 1 step at a time. Start with what you can. Be gentle with yourself. As long as each choice is heading toward the healthier way, you are on the track. It is not about right or wrong.
It is important to listen to your heart. There s no only one single diet works for everyone. What is best for you is individual and your need & feelings always change just like seasons change.
Remember that the best nutrition is love and positive energy. That is the true nourishment of our souls.
Having said that, also, remember your choice o food affects your environment, the whole eco-system, and the whole system in the society, and choosing plant-based food to create harmony with nature and all other beings.
Being a plant-based chef, - whether you re home-cook, or professional, is a gift, you are the bridge between mother-nature and people, delivering the love of the earth, and people exchange the love through your food.

At the end of the Raw Food Kick-Start course we offer a quiz, which is more for fun to check yourself, this quiz is not obligatory.

Do I need to be a plant-based eater or vegan to take the course?
Of course not. You don’t have to be 100% plant-based to benefit from this course. We encourage you to look at this course as a resource to help you better understand basic cooking and nutrition principals – information we hope will encourage you to begin incorporating more plant-based foods into your diet. While this course won’t teach you how to prepare animal-based foods, the techniques you learn here, can be applied to any diet that you follow.
