Curriculum and video content are the same for both. HOME has no requirement of work submission, whereas PRO course requires work submission of photos of your creation with comments on each module and Final Project submission in order to obtain Raw Food Chef Certificate from Sayuri Healing Food Academy.

What do I need to get started?
When you purchase the course, you’ll need to invest in three basic raw food chef tools: a blender, food processor, and dehydrator. These are essential for completing the required work submissions. Prices range from $50 to $350+, depending on your budget and brand preference. In addition, basic kitchen items like mixing bowls, spatulas, measuring cups and spoons, and a kitchen scale are necessary to follow the recipes.
A downloadable list is provided for additional small tools and ingredients. For the other small tools and groceries, you can download the list as reference.
*Many of the tools listed in the course are NOT A MUST. If you’re missing something, there’s usually a workaround, and you can always ask how to replace or adapt a method using what you have on hand.
*Many ingredients are flexible. You’re encouraged to use what’s seasonally and geographically available. The lessons cover this, and you can always reach out for suggestions on substitutions that align with your region or preferences.
Note:
For each module, you’ll receive a downloadable Shopping & Prep list that outlines exactly what ingredients you need and in what quantity, so you can prepare in advance with clarity and confidence.
When Can I Start? Is There an Expiry Date?
You can start anytime and go at your own pace. You’ll have lifetime access to the course, including the videos, which you can rewatch as often as needed.
There’s no expiration for completion. However, it’s highly recommended to finish within 6 months so the material stays fresh when you submit your assessments.

While there are no formal prerequisites, we do have expectations that you are passionate about healthy food and choices as we are, you are open minded and excited to learn something new, have the desire to take the time to cook, experiment, play and have fun.

Can I modify recipes to suit my specific dietary needs?

Do I need to be a plant-based eater or vegan to take the course?
Of course not. You don’t have to be 100% plant-based to benefit from this course. We encourage you to look at this course as a resource to help you better understand basic cooking and nutrition principals – information we hope will encourage you to begin incorporating more plant-based foods into your diet. While this course won’t teach you how to prepare animal-based foods, the techniques you learn here, can be applied to any diet that you follow.
What is the d ifference between HOME CHEF and PRO CHEF ?
Will this course teach me how to create my own recipes?
Am I allowed to use recipes from this course at my own raw vegan cafe?
PRO CHEF certificate enables me to work globally as raw food chef?
Students receive a RAW FOOD CHEF Level 1 certificate from Sayuri Healing Food Academy at the end of the training.
Currently, there’s no world standard certificate in raw culinary world equivalent to yoga alliance. Our certificate is a proof of the achievement of raw kitchen skill set.
Whether this training eligible you to work globally as raw food chef of not is depending on your experience and skills, and this course is not to guarantee it.
Having said that, we can always provide the reference if u need when you apply future opportunities in the same filed.
